Massachusetts' Master Service Agreement with Esri

All political subdivisions of the commonwealth can purchase GIS software and GIS-related services from ESRI. The contract prices are less than "list" and about the same as Federal GSA pricing.

Under a designation agreement with the Operational Services Division, the commonwealth has signed a contract with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (Esri) for a Master Service Agreement (MSA or “state blanket contract”). Under this MSA, all political subdivisions of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (including, but not limited to, cities and towns and state agencies) can purchase GIS software products and GIS-related services from Esri.

When Massachusetts government agencies request a quote for software or services from Esri, they will receive a correct quote if they request pricing under MSA "ITS75".
