Project Features

Phase 1:

• Modifications to the existing (25,690 GSF) Liberal Arts Building to convert to the new Science Building.
• Biology and Microbiology, Chemistry and Organic Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology, Physics, Earth Sciences, New wet and dry labs, and associated support spaces.

Phase 2:

• Modifications to the existing (26,160) Science Building to convert to the new Allied Health Building.
• The building will house the nursing and respiratory programs while replicating the experience of a healthcare facility.
