This layer represents the boundaries of the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind regions . 

The polygon feature class is stored in ArcSDE as REGMCB_POLY.

The polygon feature class based on the Survey Towns Boundaries.

Production

The layer was developed by MassGIS by dissolving (combining) polygons from MassGIS' Municipalities layer using ESRI'S ArcGIS 10.8 software.
