MEP SPORT Enforcement Lookup App User Registration

Please follow these steps to create an account and request account activation

Follow these steps to create and activate an account in the MEP SPORT Enforcement Lookup application.

1. Go to this URL:  https://sportenforcement.eea.comacloud.net/MEP/MEPEnfExUI/home

2. Click on the External User button (image 1 below)

3. At the login page, click on the link “Create an account”. (image 2 below)

4. Complete the Sign up page then click the Sign up Button. Please make a note of the Username and Password and Email that you submit. (image 3 below)

5. Follow the instructions on the “Activate User” page and click the “Activate” button. (image 4 below)

6. Once you have completed step 5 (above), go to this URL (below) to request account activation:

https://massgov.formstack.com/forms/sportregistrationlookupaccount2
 

Please note: You must complete step 6 request activation of your account before attempting to access the system.
