Tricia loved life. Adored her children Matt, Sarah, Amanda & Megan. Enjoyed her pup, Bella. Loving life with her children and our family. Always family 1st!
Tricia was respected and appreciated on a job in Rockland Public Schools. She was a true beach gal. Rexhame Beach was her happy place and subject of many social media postings. Give her the ocean, sand in her hair, wind and beach salt on her skin, her beach chair & flip flops and Tricia was in her zone!
After our Mom died in 2000, Tricia took the lead with holidays and summertime cookouts. Kept our family traditions alive. She was huge on Halloween, filling hundreds of trick or treat bags for the neighborhood children and always feeling she didn’t have enough ready.
One certain thing missed by her friends & family was her nightly Facebook posts, “What’s for dinner.” It was a favorite to many for sure! It often gave folks ideas for their evening meal.
Tricia loved her Greek salads and Big Brother on CBS & Cheesecake Factory. Holidays always included her family favorite baked ziti. She would make amazing blonde brownie squares, too. Her cocktail of choice was a Hawaiian Sea Breeze or White Zinfandel, ice on the side. She did an odd thing with egg rolls. Tricia would empty out the egg roll and refill it with the filling, fried rice and duck sauce!
Her smile was luminous and her often loud laughter, truly contagious. She always put others ahead of her own wants & needs. In time of crisis, she was a first responder. “What can we do?” She’s left a legacy of which not many can compare. She was loved and loved and will be missed forever and a day.
