About DCAMM Operations
The Building Facility Maintenance Office, Room 107 of the Pittsfield State Building is open during regular business hours to respond to grounds, maintenance, mechanical, cleaning, pest control, and life safety systems. The Building Facility Maintenance Office may be contacted 9:00 am- 4:30pm at (413) 442-1893.
The Control Center, located in Room 109 of the McCormack, may be contacted 24/7 at (617) 727-1000.
