Bid Opportunities 

• ENE53 Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel & Biodiesel will be reopened to add Category 5 Renewable Diesel (R100). Access the ENE53 Intent to Post a Bid Solicitation Notice

• ITS78 Data Cybersecurity, and Related Audit, Compliance, and Incident Response Services will be reopened to add Category 5 PCI Council Approved Quality Security Assessors (QSAs) and Related QSA Consulting Services, and Category 6 PCI Council Approved Scanning Vendors (ASVs), including Vulnerability Testing and Other Security Compliance Scans and Testing. New Contracts/Categories/Vendors

• ITS87 IT Staff Augmentation launched on 2/1/2026. Buyers may use ITS87 or may use the predecessor contract, ITS77, through 6/30/2026.  
• ITS86 Software and Service launched on 4/3/2026. Buyers may use ITS86 or may use the predecessor contract, ITS75, through 6/30/2026
• New Offering! ITS88 IaaS, PaaS, and Related Services launched on 4/1/2026
• PRF76 Management Consultants, Program Coordinators, and Planners Services. New vendors added to Categories 1,5, and 6, and introduced Category 10 Grant Services 
• VEH125 Telematics will launch April 2026, replacing VEH116
• WMR001 Hazardous/Universal, Medical, and Electronic Waste Disposal and Emergency Response Services. Five new vendors added and three existing vendors awarded additional WMR001 categories

Contract Extensions

• ITS80 Information Technology Independent Research Services is extended through 4/19/2026, and will be replaced by ITS83
• ITT72 Category 1 Cellular Services & Devices and ITT72 Category 2-9 Network
  Services, communications Services & Related Equipment, initially expiring
  on 12/31/2025, will be extended through 6/30/2026, to allow time for the
  procurement of the replacement contracts, ITT84 and ITT85, that are anticipated
  to launch on 7/1/2026
• VEH115 Vehicle Parts Inventory Management is extended and will terminate upon the execution of new Statewide Contract VEH124 on or before 6/30/2026

Renewals

• ENE57 Renewable and Alternative Energy Portfolio Standards and Services will be renewed through 3/31/2029
• FAC117 Integrated Pest Management will be renewed through 3/31/2029
• ITC71 Security, Surveillance, Monitoring, and Access Control Systems will be renewed through 5/31/2028

Services Moving

• ITT72-PSGW Public Safety Grade Wireless will be allowed to expire on 6/30/2026. These services will be offered through ITT84 effective 7/1/2026
• PRF73 Payment Data & Payment Card Industry  (PCI) Compliance Services will be allowed to expire on 6/30/2026. These services will be incorporated into Statewide Contract ITS78 effective 7/1/2026
