Bid Opportunities 

• ENE53 Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel & Biodiesel is reopened to add Category 5 Renewable Diesel (R100). Access the ENE53 Bid Solicitation documents
• ENE58 No. 2 Heating Oil and APS Eligible Liquid Biofuel. Access the ENE58 Bid Solicitation documents
• FAC120 Landscaping Services, Snow Removal, Tree Services and Related Services is reopened to add additional vendors to all categories. Access the FAC120 Bid Solicitation documents
• GRO42 K-12 School Nutrition Products will be reopened to add Vendors to Category 1 Produce and Category 2 Groceries, and to add Category 3 Locally Sourced Foods. Access the GRO42 Bid Solicitation documents

New Contracts/Categories/Vendors

• ITS78 Data, Cybersecurity, and Related Audit, Compliance, and Incident Response Services. Two categories added: Category 5 PCI Council Approved Quality Security Assessors (QSAs) and Related QSA Consulting Services and Category 6 PCI Council Approved Scanning Vendors (ASVs) including Vulnerability Testing and Other Security Compliance Scans and Testing 
• ITT84 Cellular and Satellite Services and Equipment launched on 7/1/2026. Additional awarded vendors are anticipated. Buyers may continue to utilize ITT72, Category 1 Cellular Services and Devices through 12/31/2026
• ITT85 Telecommunications and Network Services, Communications and Equipment launched on 7/1/2026, and the following categories are available: Category 1 Data Cable and Related Services, Category 2 Voice Services, Category 5 Small Facility Services, Category 9 Components for Telecommunications and Related Equipment, and Category 10 Contact Center as a Service. ITT85 Strategic Sourcing Team and OSD are working diligently to complete the ITT85 evaluation and award process for all categories, expected by the end of October. Refer to the ITT85 Master Contract Record in COMMBUYS for additional category award updates. Buyers may continue to utilize ITT72, Categories 2-9 through 12/31/2026  

Contract Extensions

• ITT72 Category 1 Cellular Services & Devices (including Public Safety Grade Wireless) and ITT72 Category 2-9 Network Services, Communications Services & Related Equipment are extended through 12/31/2026, to allow time for the Strategic Sourcing Teams to finalize the evaluation and award process for the ITT84 and ITT85 replacement contracts

Renewals

• FAC90 Carpet and Mattress Recycling Services is renewed through 7/14/2028
• FAC114 Janitorial Services is renewed through 7/31/2028
• FAC123 Facilities Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Commercial Grade Products and Supplies is renewed through 8/31/2028
• GRO39 Drinking Water-General and Emergency Services is renewed through 7/31/2029
• ITE001 IT Equipment and Services is renewed through 7/31/2029
• PRF81 Electronic Payment Processing will be renewed through 9/29/2026
• VEH121 Vehicle and Box Truck Rentals is renewed through 7/31/2030

Services Moving/Ending

• ITS60 Cloud Services will be allowed to expire on 9/15/2026. These services are offered through ITS86 Software and Services
• PRF73 Payment Data & Payment Card Industry  (PCI) Compliance Services expired on 6/30/2026. These services are incorporated into Statewide Contract ITS78 effective 7/1/2026
