October 2026 Update

  • You can now complete your annual registration in the Professional Portal. Creating a Portal profile now meets your annual registration requirement, and you can download your proof of registration from your dashboard. Your new EEC ID created by the Professional Portal replaces your PQR number. Learn more about changes to annual registration
  • You can now view your past EEC certification records in the Portal. You can also print a copy of your certificate.
  • You no longer need to provide a Social Security number when you apply for a professional certification. We removed this question from the application.
