What are the benefits to using your EBT card to buy groceries online?
You can shop conveniently and privately from anywhere.
Can I use my SNAP benefits to pay for the delivery fee?
No. Due to federal rules, you can only use your SNAP benefits to buy SNAP eligible food items. You must pay for fees with another form of payment, like a credit card or gift card.
I receive TAFDC or EAEDC benefits. Can I use my cash benefits to buy items online?
No. You currently cannot use your cash benefits on your EBT card to buy food and non-food items online. If you have a bank account you can ask your DTA case manager to sign up for direct deposit so your benefits go directly into your bank account. Learn about and apply for TAFDC and EAEDC economic assistance (cash benefit) programs.
How can I check by EBT card balance?
