Proposed amendments to Standards for Long-Term Care Facilities regulations

At its meeting on October 14, 2026, the Public Health Council approved amendments to 105 CMR 150.000, Standards for Long-Term Care Facilities. The Department anticipates filing a regulatory action with the Secretary of the Commonwealth for publication in the Massachusetts Register on 11/6/26.
