Department of Public Health regulations

DPH oversees the Board of Registration in Medicine. This Board's regulations are housed in Title 243 of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations (243 CMR).

DPH oversees 22 boards of registration and certification in health professions. Each have their own regulations Title. You can navigate to these by selecting the name of the licensing Board that you are interested in.

DPH also oversees dozens of regulations overseeing topics such as the State Sanitary Code, health care facility licensing, school health, disease control, and environmental health. These are housed in the Title 105 of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations (105 CMR).
