Construction activity on the Springfield X Project will remain limited due to winter weather conditions and holiday-related work restrictions. While major field operations are paused, support crews may still be on-site to perform essential monitoring, maintenance, and safety checks. Third-party utility companies are expected to perform work within the project limits with minimal impact on traffic. Work will resume at full capacity once weather and scheduling conditions allow.
