The workshops
Leadership development is a core part of the Trial Court’s efforts to embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion. As part of these efforts, Trial Court leaders across the Commonwealth are being invited to participate in workshops to build capacity to address race and bias in the Courts. These workshops also present attendees with strategies for leading workshops and trainings to build the capacity of other Trial Court employees. During the workshop, participants develop tools to facilitate difficult conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion, and create concrete strategies to advance this work through their daily interactions with other Court employees.
