The Trial Court Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is committed to fostering an inclusive and just court system that provides a fair, respectful, and dignified court experience for court users and employees. We serve both internal users, including court employees, court teams, and administrative offices, as well as the general public. We work with court departments to: 

• Build capacity around issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion 
• Diversify the court workforce 
• Provide trainings to court employees 
• Establish inclusive policies and practices 
• Improve the court user experience
