My brother William, affectionately known as Billy, was killed exactly 13 days before my 1st birthday in 1989. It wasn't until I got older that I was told stories about my brother Billy. It hurts to know that I was robbed of the chance to get to know my brother because of senseless violence. I wish I could have gotten to spend one day with him. I love you big brother! May you continue to rest in peace!
