DFS supports the Massachusetts fire service and helps all our communities protect themselves from fires, explosions, and related hazards. Our main headquarters is located in idyllic Stow, near the Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge and convenient to Routes 2, 290, and 495, or Interstate 95. We also have campuses in Springfield and Bridgewater to serve cities and towns in western and southeastern Massachusetts.
