Work Zone Billboard Contest: 2025 winners

The winning designs were selected by a panel comprised of MassDOT, CIM, and MAAPA senior management based on creativity, impact, and relevance to the NWZAW theme, "Respect the zone so we all get home."

First place - with a 3-month billboard display and $1000 scholarship

design includes dark blue background with a road on the right with a flagger road sign. The theme is on the right side and the word home is highlighted

Second place - with a 2-month billboard display and $600 scholarship

design includes blue background with a road vertically in the middle with road work ahead road sign and traffic cones. The theme is on both sides of the road.

Third place - with a 1-month billboard display and $400 scholarship

design is divided in two sections. The background on the left is a partly cloudy sky with "respect the zone" on a caution sign. The background on the right is solid green with the text "so we all get home"
