About the WARN Act
In compliance with the federal WARN Act, employers must notify the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce development about a layoff or plant closing.
Employers with 50 or more employees must submit a WARN notice. WARN notices must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the layoff or closing.
