Employers can use MassHire JobQuest to recruit and hire talent, promote recruiting events and job fairs, and connect with MassHire Career Centers for candidate screening, referrals, and workforce support. Your local MassHire Career Center can help you maximize your MassHire JobQuest account while connecting you to a full range of business services, including customized talent pipeline solutions, hiring assistance, training resources, and other employer services. Employers are also encouraged to engage with their local Workforce Board to help shape workforce strategies and strengthen connections with the regional talent pipeline.

Start a Registered Apprenticeship

Registered Apprenticeship is a proven workforce development strategy that helps employers build and sustain a skilled workforce tailored to their specific needs. Employers can also access annual GROW Awards and offset the cost of hiring and training apprentices through the Registered Apprenticeship Tax Credit (RATC).

Workforce grants

Massachusetts supports workforce development through a variety of grant programs.
