Federal Funds Office Reports

The Federal Funds Office sends quarterly reports to the legislature on planned allocations of funding from Chapter 102 of the Acts of 2021 and Chapter 268 of the Acts of 2022.

The Commonwealth files Recovery Plan Performance Reports with the U.S. Department of the Treasury annually. The Recovery Plan Performance Reports describe the Commonwealth's actual and planned uses of funds, as well as ongoing efforts to engage the community in deliberation on allocation of these funds. The report also discusses potential approaches the Commonwealth might take to ensuring equity in the distribution of funding, incorporating evidence and evidence-based interventions into deploying the funds, and targeting services toward disproportionately impacted communities. The Commonwealth files a report with the U.S. Department of the Treasury annually. The Annual Report describes the Commonwealth's progress of the HAF program(s), including background information, outreach expenditures, performance on goals laid out in the HAF Participant Plan, and coordination efforts with community-based organizations, housing agencies, and servicers.
