Highway infrastructure includes things like pavement and bridges, but also other assets. These can be drainage structures, traffic signals, signs, sidewalks, curbs and guardrails.

We build and maintain assets to provide a reliable transportation system. This lets our customers travel Massachusetts in a safe, efficient manner.

This process is Transportation Asset Management. We collect data about every asset's location, condition, and history. This guides us in managing the asset's performance, and in smart use of resources.
