To Make a Referral
Any individual with a disability can ask about getting services. Friends, relatives, and healthcare providers can also refer an individual to MassAbility. Our services are designed to assist individuals with disabilities in making informed choices about work. We have three easy ways you can start this process.
- Apply for services online through www.mass.gov/massability and click on “apply for services.” Or
- Call (617) 204-3665 to complete a telephone inquiry and application. Or
- Walk into our office between the hours 9:00 am and 4:30 pm (Monday through Friday) and a member of our support staff will assist you.
Special Services
MassAbility Plymouth office offers a variety of individual services and group offerings to get you back to work.
Aptitude and Interest Testing
A variety of interest inventories and aptitude tests are available to help you identify your career preferences and correlate them with your natural talents and strengths.
Job Placement
MassAbility staff can assist with job development and placement. Some clients will be provided job development and placement services with a community vendor. If additional coaching is needed on the job, MassAbility may be able to provide that service as well.
Social Security Benefits Counseling
Meet with an MassAbility Benefits Counselor who will explain what happens to your SSI/SSDI benefits when you return to work.
