The MassHire Cape and Islands Career Center is a one-stop employment agency in Hyannis, MA, serving job seekers and employers across Cape Cod and the Islands. We connect workers, including youth, adults, and veterans with job opportunities through hiring events, career counseling, workshops, resume help, and training, while providing recruitment services for businesses.
