The MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Center (MHFHCC) provides employment and training services at no charge to businesses and job seekers in Franklin and Hampshire counties and in the North Quabbin area. MHFHCC operates a full-service Career Center in Greenfield, MA with part-time access points in Athol and Northampton. The MHFHCC Business Services Team assists employers with recruitment, labor market information, hiring incentives, and employee training. 

The MHFHCC Career Services Team assists job seekers with job search, skill building, workshops, job training, and applying for unemployment assistance. Resource rooms are available at each access point for computer use, phones, and copying. Website lists workshops, events, notices, and news.

Access the Greenfield Office through the building's south entrance - office is on the second floor.

• Employment Services – needs assessment, workshops, resume/cover letter consultations
• Resource Room – computers, copiers, phones and assistance with online job search activities
• Career Services – Individualized career counseling, assisted job search, training (if eligible)
• Walk-in Unemployment Insurance Assistance – assist with applying for MA Unemployment Insurance and problem solving
