Overview
The MCAD Fall River Hybrid Office is located in the McCormack Building at 1 Ashburton Place offering the residents, workers, and visitors of Massachusetts a venue to file complaints of discrimination through a self-service kiosk where individuals can meet virtually with an MCAD Intake Specialist or file a complaint through the MCAD case portal [coming soon].

Parking
Free parking is available in the entrance lot, on the street, and behind the building. The office is also accessible via the Southeastern Regional Transportation Authority (SRTA) 102 bus at stop "North Main Street and Saint James Street."

- Be advised: Intakes are conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The intake interview can take up to 2 hours and there may be a wait time as only one individual can file at a time using the kiosk.
