If you are a resident or owner/operator of a manufactured housing community or are considering becoming a resident of or purchasing a manufactured housing community, this page will provide you with the following resources: (A) a guidebook containing a comprehensive discussion of the legal rights and responsibilities of residents and owners of manufactured housing communities, (B) tools to help community owners draft and submit proposed community rules for our office and the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities to review, (C) links to the Manufactured Home Act and the Attorney General’s Manufactured Housing Community Regulations, and (D) contact information to ask our office questions about manufactured housing.
