Memo

1. In cases where the joint venturers are named in the Certificate of Title, the document shall be executed by all venturers and accompanied by all applicable existence certificates from the jurisdiction of formation of said venturers.
2. In cases where the joint venturers are not named in the certificate of title, a certificate from a party purporting to be a joint venturer which identifies the venturers and which is accompanied by all applicable existence certificates of the jurisdiction of formation of said venturers, shall be acceptable for filing and shall be evidence of the then current venturers.
   
   All venturers should sign any document being registered pursuant to said certificate.
   
   Situations involving facts not set forth herein shall be referred to the Chief Title Examiner.
