The Model School Resource Officer Memorandum of Understanding (SRO-MOU) Review Commission is tasked with designing a Memorandum of Understanding for the Commonwealth's School Resource Officer Program with the goal of creating a publicly engaged and responsible framework.

What would you like to do?

The current model Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is available as a resource for school districts and police departments to adapt for their use in defining School Resource Officer (SRO) roles and responsibilities. It is anticipated that an updated model SRO MOU will be available in winter/spring 2027.
