The Division of Banks (DOB) issues monthly reports highlighting activity involving regulated entities.
The DOB activity reports provides information about branch merger or acquisition, licensing matters involving hearings, decisions, and matters pending before the Commissioner of Banks or the Board of Bank Incorporation. Also included in the report are the Community Reinvestment Act public ratings and evaluations.
The DOB or the Board of Bank Incorporation must receive complete applications for inclusion in the activity report by 5:00 pm on or before the 15th of the month.
