Massachusetts — All 1099G forms for 2019 have been mailed. You can obtain a copy of your 1099G by logging into your account at https://uionline.detma.org/Claimant/Core/Login.ASPX
If you have not received a copy of your 1099G by February 8, 2020 and you do not have access to your account, you can request a copy by calling our automated hotline at (617) 626-5647.
