The Massachusetts Division of Ecological Restoration (DER) has announced a new Request for Responses (RFR) aimed at expanding and strengthening regional ecological restoration efforts across Massachusetts.

Through DER's Regional Restoration Partnerships Program, we are  inviting qualified 501(c)(3) organizations, regional governments, and planning agencies to apply for designation as a DER-supported Regional Restoration Partnership. This opportunity is designed to enhance statewide collaboration and ensure comprehensive regional coordination for ecosystem restoration and nature-based climate resilience initiatives. Selected applicants will receive partnership designation along with associated funding to build organizational capacity and advance restoration projects throughout their region.

Established regional collaboratives with a track record of leading restoration efforts are encouraged to apply to further scale their impact and accelerate implementation of priority projects. For full details and application information, visit the Partnerships Program RFR webpage or access the opportunity through COMMBUYS
