Boston — Recently, State Auditor Suzanne M. Bump met with Corey Prachniak-Rincon, Director of the Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Youth and Dharani Persaud, Commission Coordinator, at her office in the State House. During the meeting, Auditor Bump and staff discussed the Commission’s priorities and her office’s ongoing efforts to identify barriers residents face when accessing public benefits programs. The audits of the Department of Veterans Services and the Catastrophic Illness in Children Trust Fund are the first in a series designed to offer recommendations to address these barriers.
