Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Kimberly Budd, Appeals Court Chief Justice Mark Green, Trial Court Chief Justice Jeffrey Locke, Trial Court Administrator John Bello and Chief Information Officer Steve Duncan presented testimony today on the Judiciary IT Bond Bill in a virtual hearing before the Joint Committee on Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets. The bill seeks $164 million to enable investments to modernize information technology systems and capability.
