Omar Hernandez, Senior Judge

Massachusetts — Please be advised that when the Governor’s office implements a delayed start time for all non-emergency state executive branch employees, all Department of Industrial Accidents events scheduled prior to the delayed start will begin at the time of the announced delayed start.

For example, if a conciliation is scheduled for 9:15 a.m. on the date of delayed start time of 11:00 a.m., the conciliation will be heard at 11:00 a.m.

If a Hearing is scheduled for 9:15  a.m. on the date of delayed start time of 10:00 a.m., the hearing will be heard at 10:00 a.m.

Given the fact that events may also be scheduled for the delayed start time, matters will be heard in the order of scheduled start and on the basis of preparedness of the parties to proceed.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation with this policy.
