DER's 2022 Annual Report, Invested in People & Nature, is now available. We are proud to share the accomplishments of DER and our partners over the last year.
This issue of the annual report showcases the hard work of landowners, communities, agencies, and DER throughout 2022 to restore rivers and wetlands for the benefit of people and the environment. Restoring rivers and wetlands improves public safety, builds resilience to climate change, sequesters carbon, creates new public open space, and many other benefits. This report discusses the many co-benefits and provides specific examples from the past year.
