- State 911 Department
The Department has released an RFI as it is seeking to replace the call handling solution currently in place in its 911 systems. The Department seeks vendors capable of providing a call handling solution meeting the requirements contained in this RFI ( BD-25-1044-EPS90-1044E-106718) and capable of providing a statewide enterprise level deployment. The RFI can be found on Commbuys (www.commbuys.com). Response deadline is 12:00 PM EST Friday, March 14, 2025. All questions and responses shall be submitted via Commbuys.
State 911 Department
The State 911 Department oversees and maintains the statewide 9-1-1 system for emergency services. If you are in Massachusetts and have an emergency, DIAL 9-1-1. If you are calling from OUT OF STATE to report an emergency in Massachusetts, CALL 508-872-2508!
