Lynn Man Arrested on Narcotics Violations After Being Found in Possession of Cocaine and Heroin

RevereMassachusetts State Police Release – 05042018 – Lynn Man Arrested on Narcotics Violations

Yesterday, May 3, 2018 at approximately 9:50 a.m., Trooper Andrew Rabelo and Trooper Barteaux were traveling Southbound on Route 107 in Revere when they stopped a Nissan Altima for motor vehicle violations.

After a brief investigation, the driver identified as FELIX LOPEZ, 33 of Lynn, was found to be in possession of cocaine and heroin. LOPEZ was also found to be in possession of several marijuana cigarettes.

LOPEZ was placed under arrest and brought to the State Police Revere Barracks for booking. LOPEZ was charged with the following offenses:

1.            Marked lanes violation
2.            Speeding
3.            Use Motor vehicle without authority
4.            Possess to distribute class D drug
5.            Trafficking in cocaine
6.            Possess to distribute Class A drug

LOPEZ was scheduled to be arraigned in Chelsea District Court on the above charges. No further information is available. Do not call the barracks directly.
