News  Multi-state Consent Order with Money Transmitter Sigue Corp.

MA Division of Banks participates with state regulators to order Sigue Corp. to cease foreign money transmission activity in the Commonwealth.

Thirty-nine states plus Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia coordinated to issue this Consent Order requiring Sigue Corp. to cease engaging in foreign money transmission activities due to its failure to satisfy outstanding transmissions in violation of State laws.
