News  Public Notice Regarding Destruction of Records

PROBATE AND FAMILY COURT DEPARTMENT
DUKES DIVISION

It is proposed that, in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Judicial Court Rule 1:11, the following documents that are currently in the possession of the Dukes Probate and Family Court will be destroyed commencing March 15, 2020:

Financial Statements and Guardian ad Litem reports for cases filed between December 31, 1899 and January 1, 2000.

Only parties to the case or attorneys of record may contact Register Daphne DeVries regarding the destruction of the records. All contact must be made by February 28, 2020.
