Paul Ford
Director of the Small Projects Team
Paul Ford was promoted to Director of Small Projects in the Office of Design and Construction in 2025. Paul began his service in the construction industry at the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance in 1988. During his tenure he has held many titles, received multiple promotions, and was recruited into the Small Projects team since its inception in 2017, focusing on providing accelerated and cost-effective project delivery. Paul oversees a team of seven Project Managers, each managing up to six projects in different phases of study, design or construction, at any given time.
Paul holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern.
