Plan Review Resources for Health Care Facilities

Plan Review is the review of construction documents for new health care facilities and for additions and renovations to existing health care facilities prior to the start of the construction.

New construction, conversions, additions, and alterations for a proposed facility or in an existing licensed facility shall not take place until the plans for the proposed project have been reviewed and approved by the Department of Public Health (DPH).
