The Policy for MA Hemp Processors was updated on April 3, 2024. All individuals and/or companies participating in the processing of Hemp in the Commonwealth must comply with these updated requirements in order to be deemed in compliance with Massachusetts law. Please see the 2024 Hemp Processor Policy for more information.

The Hemp Production (cultivation) is regulated under 330 CMR 32.00
