Produce Safety Program

Promoting, supporting, and regulating the safe production and marketing of fresh produce in Massachusetts.

The Produce Safety Program's goal is to assist in the prevention of produce related food-borne illness in Massachusetts while increasing market opportunities for growers. The Produce Safety Program provides grower education, on-farm technical assistance, and conducts regulatory inspections and voluntary audits.
