130 CMR 429 establishes requirements for participation of mental health centers in MassHealth and governs mental health centers operated by freestanding clinics and satellite clinics. All mental health centers participating in MassHealth must comply with the MassHealth regulations including, but not limited to, 130 CMR 429.000 Mental Health Center Services, and 130 CMR 450.000: Administrative and Billing Regulations.
