263 CMR 5.00 describes the settings in which a physician assistant may properly work, the types of clinical activities in which a physician assistant may engage, the level of skill expected of the physician assistant, the nature and extent of the supervision required of the supervising licensed physician, and the allocation of liability for the acts or omissions of a physician assistant.
