452 CMR 3.00 carries out the provisions of M.G.L. c. 152. The Workers' Compensation Trust Fund, established by M.G.L. c. 152, § 65, shall be administered, and compensation paid, in accordance with 452 CMR 3.00 and with periodic Circular Letters issued by the Department.
