703 CMR 3.00 enhances the Authority's workforce by utilizing on a temporary basis Special Authority Employees who are otherwise employed private businesses and who shall be compensated by their sending employers while in service to the Authority. The use of Special Authority Employees provides the Authority with access to a uniquely qualified workforce not otherwise available to the Authority and enhances the Authority's ability to perform its powers, obligations and duties as set forth in M.G.L. c. 161A.
