956 CMR 8.00 establishes the requirements effective January 3, 2014, for Student Health Insurance Programs. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 15A, § 18, Massachusetts Independent and Public Institutions of Higher Education must ensure that all Students participate in a Student Health Insurance Program or in a plan of comparable coverage.
