Reports and recommendations

After conducting an investigation, review or audit, the Office of the Inspector General may issue a letter or report detailing its findings and recommending reforms to prevent future problems.

Much of the work of the Office of the Inspector General is confidential, but when the staff completes a project, the Inspector General may issue a letter or report. Some publications are archived and therefore available only in print. If you prefer a printed version of any publication, or need a publication that is only available in print, please call or send a written request to the OIG.
