2025 Child Support Guidelines

Below you will find the 2025 Child Support Guidelines (effective December 1, 2025), which are applied to all child support orders and judgments to be used by the justices of the Trial Court.

The 2025 guidelines are the most current guidelines. There are no 2026 guidelines.
